These Terms of Use (these "Terms") govern your use of the Website, Company’s online store accessible via the Website, and other services Company may offer or enable through the Website (collectively with the Website, the "Services").

Company reserves the right to remove any Content from the Services at any time, for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such Content or if Company is concerned that you may have breached the immediately preceding sentence), or for no reason at all. 1. Source of Products: Leafy-Club.com does not own or have rights over products for sale on social media or online premises. Leafy-Club.com displays social media content of products after legal vendor ownership approves verbal or written approval that Leafy-Club is legally allowed to display their merchandise on social media platforms without being sued. Leafy-Club is safely allowed to display businesses' merchandise in a safe way in order to resell items to the public, as is. Without any distortion or complete change of the product. All products for sale under Leafy-Club are tested and sold to public consumers at their own risk and responsibility. Products sold on Leafy-Club website are purchased from local to international wholesale vendors who may have a trademark, copyright to their own designs or inventions, which they rightfully own and Leafy-Club does not intervene or display ownership of such items being sold to the general consumer. Leafy-Club.com is a middle-man for vendors to expand their products for public consumers. Leafy-Club.com is an online shop for consumers to find alternatives from wasteful products.
2. Account and Registration: You represent and warrant that the information you provide to us upon creating an account via the Services and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. To facilitate future purchases on the Services, you may choose to create an account by providing an e-mail address and password. Please note that, in some circumstances, you may choose to use the Services and make purchases without creating an account. If you do create an account, your account is personal to you, and you may not share your account information with, or allow access to your account by, any third party. Any unauthorized use of your account will be your responsibility. You agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services and to preserve the confidentiality of your email address, username, and password on any device that you use to access the Services. 3. Returns: If you want to return a product or good purchased via the Services, please contact us at LEAFCLUB.CUSTOMERRELATIONS@GMAIL.COM Each customer is allowed a return or exchange managed by an account controlled or operated by you. Returns must be submitted within 30 days of your package being received by you and must be sent to us within 30 days of your return label being generated and sent to you. We do not accept the return of any product or good that is not purchased via the Services.
4. Title: Risk of loss and title for any items purchased via our Services pass to you upon delivery of such item to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
5. Shipping: When you place an order for an item through the Services, the item will be shipped to the address you designate as the "Shipping Address" during the check-out process. You are solely responsible for any damages or losses associated with your failure to maintain a current or accurate Shipping Address.
6. User Behavior: Unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc. are not allowed. User accounts engaging in such behavior may be disabled.
7. Payments: We currently use GoDaddy and other third-party service providers to process payments related to your purchase of goods and products via our Services. Your payment information is subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of these third-party providers. We recommend you review these policies before uploading any credit card information. Our third-party payment processors accept payments through various credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as detailed on the applicable payment screen.
8. Gift Cards: Leafy-Club digital gift cards are non-refundable. There are no expiration dates on Leafy-Club gift cards. Promotions and coupon codes will not work on Leafy-Club gift cards. Leafy-Club gift cards cannot be used to purchase more gift cards.
9. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
10. Use by Minors: If you are under the age of 16 years old, you may not use or access the Services for any reason. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you may only use the Services under the direct guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian that has accepted the Agreement on your behalf.

Similarly, we make no representations about accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data from a third-party service provider or the quality or nature of third-party products or services obtained through the Services. Upon termination, these Terms will still apply. You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
13. Cookies and Other Identifiers: To enable our systems to recognize your browser or device and to provide and improve Leafy-Club Services, we use cookies and other identifiers.

By using the Website and the Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Website and the Services.
