Typically domestic orders ship within 2 business days of processing. Please account for 2-3 business days for processing.  Delivery time primarily depends on the method of shipping you choose when placing your order. Some orders ship faster if they are closer to our warehouse.  Generally Shipping estimate will be between 2-8 business days. Keep in mind due to shortages in the work field, delays may occur.

5. Kitchen essentials: Sustainable kitchenware such as bamboo utensils, stainless steel straws, and reusable food storage containers.
6. Gardening supplies: Eco-friendly gardening tools, organic seeds, compost bins, and sustainable planters.

 Products that are out of stock will often be put on backorder. Our customer care team will contact you to discuss option when this occurs.

 We recommend composting the eco-friendly products sold on Leafy-Club.com either at home or at a commercial compost facility. Both options allow these items to break down naturally, turning into compost that can be returned to the soil. For faster results, commercial compost facilities are ideal as they provide optimal conditions for decomposition. These facilities are expanding across the country, and there may be one in your area to help manage your composting needs.

Yes, we offer gift wrapping for a small fee. You can select this option at checkout.

Leafy-Club account is available to U.S. residents at least 16 years old, and it’s free to join! Members between 16 and 18 years old (or between 16 and 21 years of age in Puerto Rico) must get permission from their parent or legal guardian first.

The CVV ( the three-digit code on the back of your card) is incorrect.

The billing zip code you entered doesn't match what your bank has on file.

We accept payment through major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal.

For domestic orders, we use:

1. United States Postal Service (USPS)

1. Only items with the label Free return are eligible for a return hassle free. Please confirm your item is returnable prior to purchasing it.
2. Merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of its arrival at our warehouse
3. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
4. Merchandise must have all tags, including  hangtags attached.
5. If you can’t send it back in the original packaging, please use any packaging that will make it to us safely.
6. If you received any promotional items/gifts, they must be returned with the order to receive a full refund. If the promotional items/gifts are missing from the return, you will receive a prorated refund less the cost of the promotional items/gifts retail value. (However, if you’re doing an exchange you don’t need to send any of the promotional items/gifts back.)
7. If your order has any Promotional -Free- Items that are not returned with the full order then the amount of which they are valued will be deducted from the refund amount
8. Returning a Gift: All gift orders returned are refunded in store credit. We’ll issue a Leafy-Club credit for the amount of the returned item(s),. Contact Us for more details.
